is located in the old charming area of Mesa, 

right on the main drag.

It's only open the 2nd weekend of each month.

Summer Lovin at Sweet Salvage!

I don't love Arizona summers, but I ALWAYS love Arizona's Sweet Salvage!

June was just as fun and adventurous as ever!

It's almost time for July's show, but I really wanted to share June's pickins with you first.

So many of the displays were Americana, and they are still so fun to see.

(I LOVE AMERICA!!!}

This cabinet really got my mind rolling. 

We have a similar cabinet, only it has a gazillion drawers!  

Wouldn't that be so pretty?!

SWEET SALVAGE

Just when I thought Sweet Salvage's customer service couldn't get any better...

they amped it up with complimentary water bottles and sun umbrellas for all us crazies standing in line in the hot hot sun (yes, it's even blazing hot in Phoenix in the morning).

You are the SWEETEST store ever!!!

Always so much yummy vintage goodness to ooh and aah over!

I wish I could just start over decorating my whole house with all this awesomeness!

I am slowly discovering that Phoenix has a treasure trove of vintage and antique shops.

Seriously.......it has changed my life!

My life has become about 'The Hunt'.

Hunting for that perfect piece of junk.

There's a place in town called Sweet Salvage that is only open 4 days a month.

I just couldn't understand that.

Four days?

Why would a store only be open for four days???

I've been getting their newsletters for the past few months, but never got around to going

{family in town, holidays, illness, etc}

but this month I gathered a few of my awesome junking friends and we went to check it out.

We brought a truck.....you know.....just in case.
